Un pic mai multa deschidere la solicitarile ulterioare vanzarii pachetului. am cerut daca este posibil ca la data cazarii, daca va fi liber, sa fac un upgrade la Oltenia, contracost. Mi s a raspuns sec ca odata ce s a achizitionat un pachet, la revedere, nu mai pot fi facute modificari. Doar ca (si aici apreciere maxima pt hotle Oltenia) la sosire, au incercat sa rezolve, doar ca nu era acelasi tip de camera disponibila la Oltenia.
