Serviciii automatizate. Lipsa impresiilor "proprii"/culese despre concordanta dintre descrierea locatiilor si starea de fapt.
Impression about the travel agent (Mariana Cristina): Ma astept ca pe viitor sa fiu informat in prealabil despre conditiile reale de cazare, mai ales in privinta lipsei unor autorizatii de functionare ori a neconcordanelor intre descrierea locatiilor si situatia din teren. Cu alte cuvinte, sa nu fie recomandat un hotel doar de dragul de a atinge un target de vanzari. altfel, lipsa unei informari adecvate poate reprezenta altceva.

rezervare usor de facut, prompti, mi-ar fi placut sa primesc raspuns mai repede la intrebari intrucat a fost o rezervare facuta foarte aproape de data plecarii si as fi avut nevoie de un raspuns sau macar o asigurare mai rapida, dar s-au miscat cu toate astea foarte repede si check in a descurs fara probleme
