Foarte bune serviciile. atenționările de călătorie ( ce documente trebuiesc luate, ce trebuie listat) foarte folositoare și prompte astfel incat nu am intampinat nici o problema la cazare. De asemeni toate cerințele către agenție au fost rezolvate prompt( schimbare pachet, date etc)

La intoarcere am petrecut mai mult de 10 ore in aeroport, a fost o debandadă și o lipsa de informații crasă. am primit cu intarziere două emailuri vagi și cu informații care nu aveau nici o treabă cu realitatea

Documentele au fost transmise la timp si am fost informat despre intarzierea de la plecare be 3h cat si la inapoiere de 13 ore .Cineva cred ca ar trebui sa faca o compensatie pt.timpul pierdut si chinul din aeroport.
