Impression about the travel agent (Alina Roxana): Pentru aceasta rezervare ok, insa am mai avut o reservare in aceeasinpwrioada care mi a fost anulata desi o platisem. Agentul de turism nu m-a ajutat sa beneficiez de aceeasi oferta pentru care facesem deja plata.

Foarte OK. Noi am fost 4 familii care ne am facut rezervări la diferite agenții. Singuri care au fost anunțați cu cateva zile inainte ca ne vor reloca la alt hotel, au fost cei de la direct booking. Noi am avut rezervări la alt hotel iar cu 3-4 zile inainte, am fost anunțată ca ne vor relic la hotel Neptun.
