Din pacate agentia m-a suparat in acest an din nou. transportul era asigurat de o alta companie contractoare si ei nu agreasera ca ne lasa la acel hotel, ci la vreo 500m(lucru complet nou si nespecificat). Cand am intrebat directbooking nici nu stiau unde trebuiau sa ne lase. Nu e ok. Pana la urma dupa multe telefoane s-a rezolvat, ambele agentii s-au pus de acord, iar dl sofer a fost de nota 10, incercand sa ajute cat poate, ne-a lasat in fata hotelului. Eram si cu ditamai bagajele, 5 insi inclusiv copii, pe un drum fara trotuar. Era o aventura altfel. Cu un an inainte in Creta au uitat sa sune la hotel sa ne ia de unde ne lasa autocarul, asa ca a trebuit sa urcam 1km pe coasta cu bagajele si copiii pana la hotel... si-au cerut scuze ulterior cand au realizat. altfel agentia e ok, dar ar fi de imbunatatit transportul si comunicarea. Raspund f greu la telefon, iar informatiile transmise uneori nu sunt suficiente. O sa dau nota 9 ca pana la urma s-a rezolvat, dar apreciam daca nu stateam cu stres si grija ca nu raspund si nu stiam pe unde ne lasa...
