Mi as fi dorit mai multa transparenta de la Direct booking. Nu am știut ca dacă fac aceasta rezervare, eu și familia mea nu figuram ca turiști la acest hotel, titular al cazarii este o alta agenție de turism, necunoscuta pentru noi. acest lucru ne-a impiedicat sa folosim cardul de vacanță, sumele de pe aceste carduri vor expira curand iar vacanța noastră s-a desfășurat diferit de cum estimam, implicand cheltuieli suplimentare neprevazute. Datorita acestor capcane, nu vom mai apela la aceste servicii de rezervare. Cat despre vacante in Romania, experienta neplăcută in ambele locații rezervate atat pe litoral cat și in Delta Dunării, delăsare și mizerie pretutindeni cu o puternica orientare spre maximizarea profitului fără vreun interes pentru confortul sau macar sănătatea turiștilor.
