Interacțiunea cu Direct Booking pot sa o cataloghez ca find una normală. Mi s-au pus la dispoziție documentele de călătorie in timp util. Ca un minus pot spune că tipul camerelor de site nu corespunde cu cel al hotelului. La hotel camerele sunt catalogate ca standard room și superior room iar pe site-ul DB apare conceptul de large room care acolo nu are corespondent. in ceea ce privește reprezentanta Der tour care trebuia să ne acorde asistență in limba romana nu pot spune că a fost de vreun ajutor. Ora de plecare a autocarului către aeroport a fost transmisă pe whatsapp către cineva din grup. La solicitarea unei negocieri cu cei de la hotel pentru prelungirea check outului intrucat zborul de plecare este la 21.10, ni s-a indicat vocal tot pe whatsapp să ne descurcam.
