Nu am nimic de reproșat, totul a fost OK
Impression about the travel agent (Camelia): Mi ar plăcea ca agenții sa știe mai multe despre hotel, localizare , servicii si sa le spuna clientilor chiar daca acestia nu se gandesc sa intrebe..Anumite lucruri le am aflat când am ajuns la hotel și anume ca piscina se afla pe plajă, plajă la care ca să ajungi trebuie sa cobori niște scări ceea ce nu mi a plăcut, nu aveau terasa exterioară , la piscina nu se serveau decât anumite băuturi , iar daca între mese voiai sa mai mănânci ceva trebuia sa urci la barul din hotel .

Experiența proasta a fost ca nu ne-a ajutat nimeni telefonic in momentul cazării cand am stat cu copil mic la recepția hotelului și ni se spunea ca nu ne este găsită rezervarea.
