There are reliable taxi companies that operate in the city and all have devices charged. The risk-expected cycle times in front of hotels and restaurants and a fare to your destination should be negotiated before departure. If you are unsure on a motorcycle, it is possible to rent from shops around the Old Quarter. You will need an international driving permit and a helmet. But you should go slowly and carefully.
